First off: Free to all, even out-of-towners. Second: One of the most well-structured, orderly group of lap swimmers I've come across in Canada. Yeah, the lanes were demarcated for speed, but the key to a great swim here was that the swimmers truly seemed to know in which lane they belonged. Everyone was swimming in perfect circles, everyone in the right place. It doesn't appear they have a lot of times during the week when "length swim" is offered, but I highly recommend this if you're visiting wonderful Quebec City. See my 1001 Pools review.
