This is a great place to swim. The complex is brand new and there are three pools, indoor and outdoor pools for lap swimming, and an indoor relaxation/play pool. The pools are clean and well maintained and the staff is helpful. Like many French pools, the lap swimming lanes can be a little chaotic, with swimmers of all levels using the same lanes, and some people stopping and walking halfway down the length of the pool. Pull buoys and kickboards are available.
When you enter the building, buy tickets at the booth and then go downstairs to access the mixed-gender locker rooms. It’s a little confusing, but you have to walk through the changing cabins to get to the pool entrance.
If you happen to be staying with an Anglet resident, you can get tickets at the local price. Discounted multi pass tickets are also available.
