It’s a four lane pool but they merge two of the lanes into one. The walls are slick and there is no gutter, making flip- and open-turns difficult. I found the water a bit too warm. For circle swimming, the lanes alternate from clockwise to "anti-clockwise". The locker room is co-ed, personal items have to be ferried back and forth between the change areas and the lockers. Showers are co-ed also, so no nude showering. Lockers do not accept a Master Lock, a more petite lock is required.
