I swam here on a Friday in November, around noon. The nearby Radisson Blu Hotel gave me a guest voucher to swim here for free. The facility was constructed in 1992 but has a dated feel to it, more 1980s or even 1970s. It is clean and maintained. It is immediately adjacent to an Aer Lingus safety training building. There are five lanes, it's a 25-meter pool and the water temperature was 25º -26º Celsius (77º - 79ºF). I had a lane to myself for part of the time. A water gymnastics course was just finishing when I arrived, taking up lanes 1 and 2, but after that there were no more than eight people in the water at one time, mostly casual lap swimmers, e.g. breast stroke at a slow/moderate pace. There were also a couple of faster swimmers doing crawl and even butterfly. There is a sign indicating slow and fast lanes, but it was not closely adhered to. The attraction of this pool for me was its proximity to the airport, walkable, literally a stone's throw.
