This is a great place for lap swimming, albeit noisy with all the elementary school age kids taking swim lessons (in a separate pool). The pool is very clean, not too warm, and the lap swimming lanes weren’t too busy when I visited on weekday mornings between 9 AM and noon.
The locker rooms could be improved—they were small and little kids all use the same changing rooms/showers as the adults. Also, there's no place to lock up valuables, but there were open cubbies next to the pool (and the place overall seemed very safe).
