January 2020: London Review Begins and North Rhine-Westphalia Done
In January 2020 we finished the last 90 listings in North Rhine-Westphalia and started a systematic review of 278 listings in the London Metropolitan Area. Our Pool of the Month is in Kaspiysk, Russia.
January 2020 took us from North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, where we finished the last 90 listings, to London, where we began reviewing the metropolitan area. This pool listings update has the details.
Listing reviews
After North Rhine-Westphalia, we moved on to England. We had been reviewing the English counties in alphabetical order, but in January we went straight to the London Metropolitan Area. It has 278 high-profile listings that had not been looked at systematically since 2015. We have gone through 197 of them and have 81 to go.
Then we plan to return to Germany, where 63 listings in Rhineland-Palatinate remain to be checked. If that goes quickly, we may move on to the 28 listings in Saarland, or review some of the 150 listings in New Zealand instead.
Pool of the Month
For January 2020 we feature the listing for the Spa Tsentr «Arena» in Kaspiysk, a city on the Caspian Sea coast in Russia's Republic of Dagestan.
