February 2026: Missouri Nearly Reviewed and 28 Net New Listings
In February 2026 we came within four listings of finishing Missouri, added a net 28 listings and set Arkansas, Oklahoma and then Texas as our next targets. The Excelsior Springs Community Center is our Pool of the Month.

Listing reviews
We almost finished reviewing our Missouri listings in February, with only four left to check. We had hoped to finish before the end of the month, but February was short, and we also spent a fair amount of time on the next edition of the website, which we expect to be a significant upgrade. That work is likely to keep taking a good share of our time.
Our targets for March are Arkansas, with 41 listings, and Oklahoma, with 60. If we get through both, we will start on Texas, with 464 listings, which will be a multi-month effort.
