What the St. James Sports, Wellness and Entertainment Complex offers
For swimmers, the main attraction is the indoor pool, which is 50 meters long and 25 yards wide. Beyond the pool, the complex has a field house for soccer, lacrosse and football, and a court facility for basketball, volleyball and futsal. It also has an ice rink, a baseball and softball hitting facility, squash and golf areas, and climbing and strength-conditioning areas.
The St. James is not a one-off: its operators plan to begin construction on a second campus in Lincolnshire, Illinois, in late 2021.
