Why the NOVA Aquatics Center at Regency Mall stands out
NOVA Swimming, Thalhimer Realty Partners, The Rebkee Company and Henrico County financed the conversion. They turned a 50,000-square-foot space that Macy's had formerly occupied into an aquatic center with one 50-meter pool and two 25-yard pools.
