This is a decent pool for doing laps. The water temperature is quite good. Unfortunately, there is a fair amount of chop when multiple swimmers are present, as there are no gutters. In the summer, the air quality inside the pool structure can become stifling. That's when the Gauche pool mentioned elsewhere in this review can be a better option. Also, at times throughout the year, you'll compete for space with folks who walk (pool is all shallow), rather than swim. The locker room is top notch, befitting a nice athletic club overall.

I swam here around Thanksgiving, 2007. The day before I went, the pool had been drained, so it was very cold, but had warmed up by the next day. I didn't have to share a lane at 8 - 8:30 A.M. The pool has clock, kickboards, and pull buoys;facilities include steam room and Jacuzzi. Very nice locker rooms/showers and friendly staff.
