Clean and well lit locker and shower area. Weekends are not as busy as weeknights. Expect to swim laps without matching speed of other swimmers… adjust and be flexible, do a large amount of breast stroke. Hand paddles are allowed. Didn't see any fins. Bring your own pull buoy and kick board if you want. It’s a good temperature for lap swimming - not hot, not chilling unless you just stand around. My contacts recommended this over the Pudong Natatorium for cleanliness and less busy.
