This pool belongs to the historic Grand Hotel and is in an amazing location tucked into a hill but close to central Taipei. The pool is exceptionally clean with beautiful surrounds. There is also a good indoor gym. The pool, however, is not heated. We swam at the end of winter and it was about 20ºC (68ºF) (probably as cold as it gets) but on an unseasonably warm day of about 28ºC (82ºF). We managed 1km/about 25 minutes before it was too cold. We were hotel guests so it was free, but the club is open to the public (membership may be required).
