The water is a cloudy/yellow/deep green, which indicates a breakdown of chemicals required for safe swimming. The ceramic tiles are not cleaned and many are missing.

This is the Philippines, where even the beautiful pool at the Subic Bay Yacht Club is not up to first world standards.
