Great pool but only for Y members (there is a charge, if it's not your local Y). I usually go around 7:30 – 9 AM and have never had a problem getting a lane. I've shared a few times, but it's never gone to circle swim. The pool and locker are very clean, the people are friendly and the other facilities (weights, cardio, etc.) are also very good. I prefer Reston to the Bethesda Y which is more expensive.
