I swam in the indoor pool at 5 AM on two weekdays in May, 2024. The staff is friendly and laid back. While there were a number of other lap swimmers, I had a lane to myself for a 90-minute workout. The pool has lifeguard.
I peeked out the window at the outdoor pool. It looks very nice, a great facility!
This Y is about three miles from the downtown hotels. At this time there is a bus line that travels out to near here and would be a good resource if you are visiting and don't have a car, but its first run is after 6 AM.
