This facility has a lot to recommend it, but I found the pool water to be suspicious enough that I shortened my swim and am inclined never to return. The water just tasted like it hadn't been replaced in a decade - salty and not in a good way. It's a small enough pool that it probably needs the water changed regularly. I just felt gross!
Aside from that, it's a nice place. The entry desk person was friendly and when I said I just wanted to try out the pool for a day, he let me in for free, no fuss, no sales pitch. At 7 AM on a Saturday, there were never more than three people in the pool, so I didn't have to share a lane. There's lots of natural light from big windows, and there are backstroke flags cleverly attached to the ceiling. There's no lifeguard. The men's locker room has plenty of space and lockers, and private showers.
