There is lane swimming every week day from noon to 1 PM and is reasonably quiet. The pool and changing area are cleaner than Darlington. The price seems quite expensive.

Good points:
Segregated changing areas; open late most nights; ladies-only and 50+ sessions.
Bad points:
At the deep end, the deck is about two feet above the water level with no hand hold,making grab-and-turn turns difficult; water quite chilly - you need to swim fast to keep warm!
