This pool opened in 2017 and it's part of the WISC gym complex. The pool is in a smaller building behind the main building (with parking right beside the pool entrance). Enter through a small building where the front desk and bathrooms/locker rooms are located; you then enter the pool building from there. The locker room is basic with small lockers (bring your own lock). I visited the day after Christmas and had a lane to myself. The water is clear and smooth with good gutters. The pool building is constructed of sheet metal with tons of light from wide glass garage-door style doors on three sides. I have not visited in warmer weather but it looked like they may open those doors for an almost indoor-outdoor pool experience (there are ceiling fans). The pool decking is textured concrete, as you would expect at an outdoor pool. There are metal bleachers on the deck and a smaller wading/children's pool that is warmer than the main pool.
