Avoid Saturday and Sunday afternoons and holidays … no lanes, … noise, … difficult to swim. Most evenings and some early mornings, however, the pool is open for lane swimming only, with lanes set-up and marked for slow, medium and fast… Bring a £1.00 coin for the lockers
