When I swam here on a Saturday, each of the six lanes had one swimmer; all swimmers doing laps. It was a good crowd, good etiquette, and good pool. Swimmers will find kickboards, pull-buoys, and backstroke flags. Adult Swim is scheduled as the last activity, however, so swimmers are expected to leave the pool 15 minutes before closing time, reducing the lap swim session to only 45 minutes. And shower fast!
