I have not had any big problems with overcrowding. I go in the afternoon or at night, so I do not know about the early morning session. Currently, the pool is open from 2 to 4:30 in the afternoon and then later from 7 to 8 PM. A lot of folks show up at 2 PM, but. I often go at 3 PM and the pool is empty.
This YMCA is an older building but, the pool has been refurbished, so it is a modern facility. It is 25 yards and about 80°- 81°F even though the lifeguards have told me it is 85°F.
