The pool and facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. The water temperature is good for laps, about 80ºF (27ºC). It appears that at least half of the lanes are available for lap swimming whenever the pool is open.
It was occupied but not crowded on the Sunday afternoon and Tuesday mid-morning in July, when I visited. There were no posted speed designations.
Pull buoys and kickboards are available poolside; locks can be borrowed at the front desk.
