The changing facilities are fine. During the afternoons it was not crowded when I was here. However, the water was too warm so I am going to look for somewhere else to swim in Central London. The lifeguard said there were no other comments from users on the water temperature and most people seem to think it's fine (another swimmer I spoke to agreed it was a bit too warm).
