This is a very nice, well-maintained pool. The water was nice and clear and not overly chlorinated. During my visit there was one person in each lane (myself included) at their busiest time of day. You can just drop in without purchasing a membership; for your first drop in it's roughly $26 and after that it’s roughly $20 per visit.
In my experience, most of the hotels in Bangkok are more of the lounge-and-relax type of pool, versus something you want to swim laps in, so this was an excellent spot to still get my workout in.
The locker room and shower facilities are excellent. The day pass price includes use of a locker (with lock and wristband to unlock it), towels, robe etc. etc.
The club has a very nice vibe and atmosphere.
