This is a very serviceable facility run by very nice people. The pool has non-turbulent lane lines, which were always in place; is fully striped and targeted; and has backstroke flags in place. There are two pace clocks and plenty of kickboards and pull-buoys available. The water temperature is maintained by a solar blanket that they put on at night and remove each morning. While I was there, the pool temperature was comfortable for a work out, including wearing a cap.
The pool opens at 6:15 AM weekdays and, if you’re early, they may be cleaning up around you for your first few laps. There is a tri group that works out Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 AM that take up a few lanes, depending on how many show up, but otherwise there were never more than two of us swimming between opening and 8 AM. There is also a Masters team that works out evenings, details and contact info can be found on the Team Key Aquatics website (see link, above), along with club team practice schedules and other pool activities (times to avoid).
There are small lockers in the changing room next to the pool and others in the locker room of the fitness center adjacent (bring your own lock). Towels are not provided.
