This facility is similar to a LA Fitness in the U.S. I used the pool when the facility opened at 6:30 AM and had no issues with lap lane availability - I had my own lane to myself. The lanes are also divided by swimmer speed. The entire pool area appeared to have several pool / spas available in addition to the lap lanes but I did not use the other wet areas due to time constraints before work.
To access the facility I needed my passport and had to pay a €15.50 fee. They do not take American Express (but do accept VISA) for payment. Slippers and a swim cap are mandatory to access the pool. When checking in I was given a wrist band which functions as the key for the locks in the locker room, so no need to bring a lock, and the showers all had shower gel available so no need to bring any soap for after the workout unless you prefer your own.
Overall it's a nice facility and, if I were living in Tarragona, I'd likely join as a member.
