This 50-meter pool is exactly 50m, so the bulkhead that divides it into twice as many lanes with shorter lengths deletes some length from the whole pool. The result is a 25-yard side and a 26-meter side! I had a lovely 7 AM Saturday morning swim. There was a line of swimmers waiting outside, because the Saturday morning swim time is only 1.5 hours. Once inside, I snagged a 26-meter lane (for the new experience!) and ended up having it to myself the whole time; only three or four of the lanes were shared by two people.

The pool is lovely, the water is nice (chilly at first, but then perhaps a degree too warm), the lighting (sunshine) can't be beat. The lifeguards were present and observant. The locker room is quite basic; just one big concrete room with hundreds of small lockers and only two benches. The shower offering is one, small, group shower room with push-button showers. Hot, though.

The pool is divided into two sections by a bulkhead. One side 25-meters and other 25yards. There are cones with lane speed designations, but people tend to jump in wherever. I did swim one day by myself in the fast lane. The water was warm but I endured. The locker room and showers are OK. I just left my stuff on the deck, and it was fine.

A beautiful, clean pool, and you can't beat the price. There were only a few other people there when I went on a Sunday afternoon. Kickboards are available.
