This is a very modern, clean, relaxing place. It's well designed for children and adults who want to swim. There is an automated ticket machine, which can be set to English or Danish, that dispenses a wrist band you must wear while swimming.
The water is currently being kept cooler (at 26ºC or 79ºF) than is shown in the listing to save on energy costs. There were no lane ropes/anti turbulence lane dividers when I was there, but it wasn't very busy, so I could swim unhindered. If it is busy, it could get quite choppy. There are no pace clocks in the pool area, so unless you have a waterproof watch, you won't know what your swimming times are. There is a shallow kids' pool with flume/water slide and fountains but it is separate from the main pool and doesn't interfere with swimming laps.
The changing area very clean as you have to take your shoes off when you enter. The lockers don't need coins, just enter a 4-digit code to lock and unlock. The showers are powerful and soap dispensers with slightly moisturising soap are provided. There is a hair dryer, if you need it.
Copenhagen airport is about 30-40 minutes away on a bus, even though it's close to the airport; it's eight minutes in a taxi; or 22 minutes on a bicycle. If you have a long time between flights, it is a good place to exercise and shower. Just check the timetable to see whether you'll be able to swim.
