A reasonably modern 25 metre facility suitable for lap swimming by those in Bradford who lack either the time or the inclination to travel to the very fine Olympic size John Charles Aquatic Centre some 10 miles away in South Leeds. Shared gender changing facilities. Lockers require personal padlocks. These can be borrowed from the reception desk by those who, like me on this occasion (and very unusually for me), turn up without one. Only one lane was dedicated to lap swimming: on my visit I was its sole occupant. I was told that, although that the single reserved lap swimming lane was the normal arrangement, it tended not to be heavily used at any time.
