The pool is open from 8 AM to 5 PM Tuesday through Friday and from 9 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. It closes between noon and 1 PM daily and is closed on Monday. [February, 2023]

I swam here between 9 and 10 AM. The pool water was clean and clear. There was a small exercise group that respected the two lap swimmers in the pool, so I had a lane to myself.

There are no lockers so don't bring valuables or have faith in humanity. (I did the latter, with no reason for regrets.)
