This is a very nice pool with good lap lane availability on weekday mornings. I was told to come before 1 PM because after that there are classes and school groups. Saturdays are also good, although they sometimes close at 3 PM, sometimes at 5 PM. Sundays, they are usually (but not always!) closed. So, always ask ahead.
I was able to get a 5-visit pass for €45. Towels are not provided, but can be purchased, and showers require an extra payment, although there are free showers on the pool deck for rinsing before and after your swim.
