This facility is just a little east of downtown. Call or visit the web-site for the pool schedule - it appears that there are always at least two lanes to swim in (the pool has five lanes total). The water is comfortable for hard lap swimming. There are plenty of kick boards and pull buoys; I didn't see any fins.
The men's locker room is clean and has a swim suit spinner for drying suits. Bring your own towel and lock. There is a sauna off the pool deck. The staff was friendly and helpful.
