The Sunan Hotel Solo

There is no shallow end in the main pool. It's very nice! Only serious swimmers swim here; there are no kids playing, no grannies chatting, etc.

A very clean, albeit cool, pool. The staff is SUPER NICE. Open 6 AM to 9 PM. After 10 AM the pool begins to fill up with kids from the neighborhood and the hotel. Early morning swims were generally quite nice. Never more than seven people in the pool. Note, however, that there is no recognized swim etiquette for this pool. Some regulars swim circuits around the edges of the pool, others swim width-wise, I preferred length-wise. This may prove irritating to some.
