Lane discipline is actually pretty good - more due to the swimmers generally not being particularly ambitious or having too much attitude - and it's usually not crowded. Supervision is not strict but usually there are no issues in the lanes. The centre is pretty modern, has good opening times, and is overall one of the better pools I have used in the UK for lane swimming.
