I rate this pool a 10. It's beautiful, clean, very well lit, and the water tastes OK (not salty!). I've been there numerous times @ 7 - 9 AM and had my own lane, except once, when the high school swim team was using three. They don't get much better than this. The (women's) locker facility is OK. The water pressure in the shower is great and they will lend you a lock for the use of their lockers. I wish all pools were like this. Check out their website for more info and hours.
