I swim in this pool at least three days a week. It's a nice pool, almost never crowded. There are usually four lanes set up for laps, with the other four lanes set up for 'open swim' but can be used for laps if marked lanes are being used.
Lap swimming times are Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 11:00 AM and Saturday from 8 to 10 AM. There are occasional, random closures due to high school swim meets and special practice sessions. The water temperature fluctuates, sometimes it's too warm.
The worst thing about the pool is the locker rooms. They're small, with tiny lockers that are rental only. If you are not a regular, you have to trust your fellow swimmers and leave your stuff in the locker room or carry it into the pool room. As a note, I have never had anything stolen. I also do not carry anything valuable into the building.
