I swam here on a Saturday afternoon. The 50m pool was open with four lanes for lap swimming. It wasn’t too busy with slow but courteous swimmers in the lanes. Unfortunately, the water was way too warm for serious training at 29º/30ºC (84º/86ºF).
The changing rooms are clean and spacious. It’s a great location overlooking the harbour.
Entry is paid by Octopus Card or cash. The facility seems to have the usual Hong Kong problem of random last-minute closures due lack of lifeguards.
