This is a magnificent facility, maybe the best I have seen in the world! Apart from the 50-metre pool there is a heated 25-metre outdoor lap pool. There are indoor and outdoor diving pools.
It is also great just as a spa. There is a large sauna in each changing room plus an even bigger one for mixed use by the side of a large spa pool - it has a glass door you can open to swim to an exterior area. There are also great kids' areas and a landscaped picnic area around the outdoor pools.
It's easy to reach from the Tøyen Metro station. Highly recommend¡
