Most lap swim is when teams are practicing, with two lanes reserved for lap swimmers. There was only one other swimmer when I was there and apparently that’s pretty typical. The pool is very clean and uses salt, not chlorine. The locker room is clean, but Spartan - no private showers or dressing rooms. There are hair dryers on the wall, not hand-held.
