Sun-N-Fun lagoon is a classic water park, with water slides, lazy rivers, water play elements, and the like. The pool described above, however, is designated as a lap pool and was set-aside specifically for parents who want to get some laps in, while their children play elsewhere in the park. It is L-shaped, with a 14f deep diving section separate from the laned section.

NOTE: The facility is open seven days a week in June, July, and August. It is open on Saturdays and Sundays only in September, the second half of February, and all of April and May. It is closed in October, November, most of December and January (opening from December 29 through January 3, only), and the first half of February.
