A great facility, but it's tricky to find. This mid-century modern pool sits behind Skinner School in vibrant Old Town. The pool is bright with white tile and glass; a frosted skylight centers the pool. A vinyl-type liner cushions the feet. The locker rooms are clean and spacious. Most importantly, the pool offers generous adult lap times, and that’s just how swimmers use the pool. Expect to find boards, buoys, and backstroke flags. It's worth tracking down.
