This is a community pool focused on health and fitness. They have lane lines but lap swimmers are relegated to one lane, if that. I will never go there again.

I swim here whenever I am in town visiting family. It's always a good experience. There is usually one person in each lane.

This is a nice, outdoor facility right on the Intracoastal waterway in St. Pete beach.
It was hard to find details of the hours. We got there at 9:40 AM and were informed that three of the six lanes would be closed for swim team practice at 10. It ended up working out ok, as the pool was full of lap swimmers when we arrived, and most left at 10, so the remaining lanes weren't congested.
There is an attached splash pool for the kids to play in and there' also has a nice patio area. I would use this facility again.
They charged only $2 for my teenage son's use.
