Non-English speaking front desk personnel were very nice, explaining via gestures how to purchase a ticket for two hours from a machine for the advertised price. The locker rooms are clean; there is a ¥30 charge to use a locker (change machine in locker room). Standard showering before entering pool. Sauna and showers after the swim are also clean. The water is slightly warmer than desirable for competitive swimmers - but not in the "Too warm to do anything" range of other pools in Japan. The deep end of the pool (which was split into two 25m tanks) had less traffic than shallow end, with mostly a much older group in the water from 9 - 11 AM on the day I visited.
