The adult lane swimming sessions at lunchtime are not over-populated. The pool is warm, clean and bright. The changing facilities are communal, all cubicled, and excellent. The only downside is the 3 showers, which face the open pool,so that when you leave the shower wrapped in your towel, you feel a little exposed until you get into your cubicle at the rear of the changing area.
