Great pool, it is 25 yards if you swim across the widest point, right next to the stairs (parallel to beach). I have been here several times and have had the pool to myself by getting up early and getting my workout in before 8 AM. I have never seen the pool extremely crowded, but it would be difficult to get an uninterrupted swim in later in the day.
