Setia Spice Aquatic Centre

On a mid-week visit around 2PM, I had the entire 50m pool to myself for the first 45-minutes and then only one other person got in. Lane lines are in for six of the lanes. Unlike pools that spend all day in the hot sun, the covered pool keeps the water cool and conducive to working out.

The women at reception are very nice. You can pay 5 MYR for a locker key to store your valuables if you want. The locker rooms are clean and have showers. Overall, it's an excellent experience!

This is a very nice facility. I swam in the 50-meter pool around 3 PM and it was quiet. I had my own lane (all occupied lanes also had only one swimmer). The changing rooms are very clean, too. You can rent a locker for 5 MYR and leave 10 MYR for the deposit, but it’s a safe place, so you don’t really need it. The water temperature is great.
