There are two pools here - the 25m 'Main Pool' and a 20m 'Learner Pool', both of which are quite nice. The centre claims that the pools are chlorine-free, although I'm doubtful as it does smell a tad chlorinated. The pools are occasionally closed in the evening for local clubs to use, so best to check the schedule on the website beforehand. It gets very busy from 3 to 7 PM, as some of the lanes close for swimming lessons. The changing facilities are decent, with plenty of free electric/NFC lockers available.
