I swam here at about 4:30 PM in late March and, while there were other lap swimmers, there were no non-lap swimmers, even though the other two pools were well occupied. I am not sure what it would be like in the winter months, since most outdoor lap pools in Florida close when the temp is below 55ºF. There was no cover in evidence. But it was comfortable enough on a 75º day in March.
