I went here at 7 PM on a Tuesday; if you're looking for a place to swim at a three-minutes for 100 yards, this is your place.
The pool has six lanes: two are reserved for recreation; two might as well have been used for recreation, as the people weren't really swimming; and two lanes had people actually swimming in them. But the lanes were very, very crowded and the speed was set by the slowest of the slow. The lanes are marked slow, medium, and fast — no one pays attention to that at all.
I recommend finding somewhere else to swim. You won't be able to do any sort of swim workout here.
The Swim & Fitness Center has a nice hot tub, and the fitness facilities were pretty good, as well. It's a nice, inexpensive option for fitness and, at less-busy times, I'm sure it is a fine place to swim.
