The pool is a good 25m lap pool. The lanes are a bit narrow for two people, but the three times I swam I had a lane to myself and there was no queue waiting. The facility also has an outdoor pool and huge gym with almost every possible machine, free weights, etc. The locker rooms are excellent, with whirlpool, steam room and sauna. My wife and I purchased a week-long full facility pass for $99. It worked well. Day passes are also available, if you live at least 60 miles away.
